By-Laws
The by-laws of the Fire & Police Rainbow Association of Milwaukee, was founded and drafted by the founding members. The by-laws are the grounds for running the organization and are meant to be fluid with changes over time. The research and development of the by-laws came from looking at various other groups (LGBT law enforcement and Firefighters groups, LGBT groups, law enforcement groups, and firefighter groups.) We tried to take the best ideals and make them part of our by-laws.
